About SUTD

The Singapore University of Technology and Design is established in collaboration with MIT to advance knowledge and nurture technically grounded leaders and innovators to serve societal needs. About ISTD Pillar – Information Systems Technology and Design

At SUTD, we organize our research and education in multi-disciplinary pillars. The ISTD pillar focuses on Information Technology and its relationship with the world around. It integrates the traditional disciplines of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Information Systems. The aim of such integration is to offer students the flexibility to acquire knowledge and skills in areas of their choice and the ability to interact with other engineering disciplines in creative ways.

Living standards and salaries are high, and Singapore combines modern architecture with urban gardens and landscape development. SUTD offers subsidised housing on campus for students and faculty.
