He graduated with a Degree in Computer Science. Since then, he took on different technical and support roles in the Information Technology field, gradually progressing to project and programme management profession.
Currently, Hou Liang assists Head of Pillar to manage budgets, programmes and oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the pillar.
During leisure time, he spends time with his family for outing and meals. He has a passion for swimming, cycling, travelling and keeps a collection of coins, notes, stamps and key chains.
