As the team shares how they bridged the gap between donors and foundations in Vietnam, you will be able to gain insights into the design process behind a digital purchase product. Emma is currently working as a senior designer at Shopee Singapore since 2019 after she finished a Master in User Experience at Loughborough University in the UK. From an internship in New York to a UX career in Korea and Vietnam, she has gained a good understanding of design localisation and user behaviour from her experiences working in different markets. At Shopee, she collaborates with data teams, local stakeholders, and developers to deliver quality design works.
Mr. Jerol Yeo

Jerol came from a business background and has been with Shopee’s Digital Products Design team for over a year. The Digital Products team is responsible for building and scaling all sorts of digital products from paying day-to-day bills, booking travel accommodation and tickets, to purchasing vouchers and deals on Shopee. Every day the team is solving different problems and thinking about different user behaviours for various digital goods.
